MPS Online is a controlled B2B platform by Marco Polo Supplies for hotels, resorts, serviced residences, and approved hospitality partners. It is designed to provide curated access to hotel supplies, product collections, account-based ordering tools, and quotation workflows.
MPS Online is intended for hospitality businesses such as hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, villas, and other approved business customers. Public customers should register as business customers, while internal MPS staff accounts are managed separately by admin.
MPS Online is not a normal public online store. Registration allows the MPS team to verify your business profile before granting access to the appropriate catalog, product visibility, pricing, and ordering options.
The registration form may collect your name, email, phone number, hotel or company name, country, province or area, location type, number of rooms, room rate band, and supporting business document.
After submission, your account will be created with a pending status. The MPS team will review your business details and uploaded document before approving or rejecting access.
Not immediately. New accounts remain pending until reviewed by MPS. Once approved, your account will receive the correct catalog access based on your business profile and the active system flow.
Product visibility and pricing may depend on your approval status, country, location type, room count, room rate band, customer segment, and the current website phase. This helps MPS show the most relevant products and purchasing options to each customer.
It depends on your approved account profile and the active MPS Online phase. Some users may be allowed to view prices and checkout online, while others may only browse the catalog or request a quotation.
RFQ means Request for Quotation. In RFQ mode, customers can browse products and submit quotation requests instead of buying directly. The MPS team can then review the request, update its status, and assign sales follow-up.
Some accounts or system phases may allow product browsing without showing prices or enabling checkout. This is useful when MPS wants customers to explore available collections first before confirming pricing, order terms, or quotation details.
The system uses customer segmentation. This may include country, room count, room rate band, location type, and approval status. These details help determine product visibility, pricing context, and whether you can buy online or request a quotation.
You may contact the MPS team for help with account approval, catalog access, product enquiries, RFQ status, pricing clarification, or ordering support. Approved customers can also use the platform flow assigned to their account.
