The form collects your name, work email, company or hotel, country, product interest, project stage and message so the enquiry can be reviewed.
How information is used
The information is used to route and respond to the business enquiry. It is not used for an unrequested newsletter or advertising profile.
Security and routing
Routing addresses remain server-side. The form uses validation, a security token, spam controls and a small privacy-conscious rate limit.
Retention
A final retention schedule requires legal approval before launch. Contact the company if you need to discuss an existing enquiry record.
